We work together with fellow oenologists and create our own projects using their wine structure. We select the vineyards, we take care of the plant and its fruit, its ripeness and the optimum harvest of the grapes so we can guarantee the maximum quality of a fruit that must give us the best product after its passage and transformation in the winery. That is how our cavas and wines are born and how they get to the table. Because we lavish attention on the fieldwork and the winery!
