40 EUROS

DOP Cariñena

With this wine, we have taken full advantage of the unique characteristics of a DO which we believe is underprotected and often undervalued. It features nearly century-old vines located at an altitude of 850 metres on rocky but deep soils, with a continental-Mediterranean climate marked by a high thermal contrast between morning and night (+-10ºC). The close collaboration between Nacho Lázaro, owner of Bodegas Añadas, its winemaker Óscar Martínez, and Gran Anyada (Marià Bigordà, father and son), continues to uncover new products with strong personality and maximum assurance to satisfy our most demanding customers. A 40 EUROS wine which is worth more than it costs!

  • Longevity of over 12 years.

HOW TO SERVE IT

Serve from 16,5- 17ºC

Decant the wine half an hour before serving it. Turn the bottle upside down and let the wine splash out of the bottle into the centre of the decanter, then spin it counter-clockwise a couple of times and let it sit.

REMEMBER...

  • Wines are always stored horizontally, in cool places where temperatures don’t go above 18ºC.
  • It is important to open the bottles or decant them before consumption depending on the type of wine.
  • The colour, its intensity and hue, can define the features and characteristics of the wine.
