By joining the youth and passion for the land and the vine of Joaquín Mallofré with the eagerness of Gran Anyada to produce an organic white wine in the Catalan area of the Penedès, the fundamental requirements for a large future project were intertwined. The plantation of Sanabra, with 100% organic crops, located in the Parc de Foix, complies extensively with the virtues sought by Marià Bigordà, father and son, to make a lively, fruity and balanced wine highlighting the qualities of the best variety of the area, the xarel·lo, and the typical characteristics of the Penedès.
