Bodega Iturria is a winery that since 2009 makes wine out of goblet-pruned pre-phylloxera vines, which until the completion of his oenology studies in France in 1999, Xavier Iturria had been selling to cooperatives and other wineries in the Toro DO. The symbiosis between Xavier Iturria and Gran Anyada begins with the 2010 vintage and since then the joint project, from the barrels to a long stay in the bottle, is consolidated.
